I have just heard some sad news about an old Army friend. He has skin cancer which was treated but now it has spread to his lungs. it's too bad to operate on. Given twelve months to live. There is a little chink of light for him in that they have put him on a drug trial the results of which in the USA might give him a one in four chance of living five more years.

Pluto and I went to Bradney this morning. A beautiful morning. Sadly tempered by the news above.
I took some pics. We met two ladies with seven dogs between them. Pluto was in his element.
He played well.
I was feeling better myself for once.
