a long walk.

Due to my wife's hospital appointment taking longer than expected Pluto missed his morning walk. To make up for it we went on a longer walk this afternoon. We met two dogs. One was on his lead with it's owner who was pushing a small child in a pram. Pluto is very good around children and sat politely sniffing the other dogs head. We walked on and met King. King is a big black dog. Larger all round than Pluto. They played for a while then Pluto decided to try and mount King to show who was top dog. It turned out Pluto wasn't. We walked on. Further than we normally go. We stopped to watch a swan then a Heron. Pluto going for a paddle and drink soon frightened him away. The wind was strong and had a bite to it. I was glad I had worn a coat. Home now for dinner. A bottle of wine tonight I think. I have a nice New World red I think I will open and let breath.
