I relented

Pluto looked so sad when I told him we weren't having a morning walk that I had to fit one in. Shorter than usual down Silver Fish on the Drain. The sheep were a couple of hundred yards away but Pluto, after coaxing from me, ignored them, mostly. He was interested I could tell but he is responding so much better to my voice commands now that he is learning English. Even a couple of weeks ago he would have been off like a shot but today he stayed close. I like to think it was because of my training techniques but it was more probably the promise of biscuits.

There has been a spate of accidents on the motorway near where I live. The carriageway is blocked in both directions. No flu jab today.
