wind is picking up.

We had an early morning walk. well over an hour with stops for a chat with an Angler friend.

Pluto checked he had all his equipment set up correctly. I discussed with the Angler the cost of fishing. Apparently when Carp fishing it is normal to use three rods. The river board sells licences for pairs of rods. So to get three you must pay for four. Pluto looked confused. I tried to explain with biscuits but he ate them.
