Democracy

I was trying to explain democracy to Pluto today.

I explained that the will of the majority was paramount.   That in some countries some people were paid to disagree with government proposals.   I don't think he understood that.

So I tried to explain that both the government and the opposition have the best interests of the country at heart.   I could see that puzzled him.   Ah.   I understood.  Perhaps the USA isn't a Democracy.
